The AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame has announced its 2026 nominees, recognizing industry leaders and legendary riders across various categories.
This year's selection committee identified 16 talented individuals from competitive and non-competitive fields, including Ambassadors, Industry, Design & Engineering, Leadership & Rights, Dirt Track, Motocross & Supercross, Off-Road, Road Racing, and Specialty Competition.
The Hall of Fame Class of 2026 will be decided by a diverse group of voters, including past inductees, AMA board members, and Life Members.
With voting closing on June 10, fans and enthusiasts can now cast their ballots for the next class of inductees.
Among this year's nominees are renowned off-road racer Russell Bobbitt, known for his technical precision in the woods, and Damon Bradshaw, a motocross rider with an aggressive style and raw speed.
Udo Gietl, a road racing legend who put BMW on the performance map, is also among the nominees, as well as Jake Johnson, a dirt track champion with multiple AMA Grand National titles.
Mike Penland, nicknamed the 'Quadfather,' has won 12 GNCC National titles and over 400 National Championship events, while Brent Thompson has captured 16 AMA Grand National wins and two championship titles.
Belen Wagner, daughter of AMA Hall of Famer Wiltz Wagner, is a staple of land speed competition at the Bonneville Salt Flats, collecting more than 69 records.
