You must be able to form a legally binding contract and comply with applicable laws.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activities under your account. If your business account uses a phone number or email address for owner access, you are responsible for keeping that contact method current and secure.

EazyInWay may prepare business profile pages using public business information and may contact a business owner or authorized representative to offer a direct review link so the business can verify or correct profile details. These communications are support and account-access related, not a promise of advertising results or search ranking.

Outreach may occur by email, phone call, or SMS. Phone outreach may use an automated assistant or similar voice service provider acting on our behalf. By requesting a review link or asking us to deliver it to a phone number or email address, you represent that you are authorized to receive communications for that business.

If you explicitly agree to receive a text message from EazyInWay, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your business profile review link, account access, support, or service-related updates. Message frequency varies and is typically low and event-based. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. We do not use this channel to send cold marketing SMS without consent.

You are responsible for the content you submit (e.g. listings, requests, messages). Do not post illegal, misleading, or infringing content.

EazyInWay provides tools for discovery and communication. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not act as a broker, escrow, or payment processor for transactions between users. Any transaction is solely between the buyer and seller (or customer and service provider).

Some optional features may be offered for a fee (such as subscriptions or promotions). Payments are processed by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe’s terms. Specific purchase terms (price, renewal, cancellation) will be shown at checkout.

Refunds are not guaranteed. Except where required by law, any refunds (if any) are provided at EazyInWay’s sole discretion. Fees may be non-refundable once a paid feature has been delivered or activated.

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access typically continues until the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.

Promotions (including featured placements) are time-based marketing services. Unless required by law, promotional purchases are non-refundable once the promotion starts or is delivered. If a promotion cannot be delivered due to technical issues on our side, we may provide a make-good, credit, or extension at our discretion.

EazyInWay may impose limits on service usage, including but not limited to the number of active listings, media uploads, requests, messages, or other features available to free or paid accounts. We reserve the right to set, adjust, or remove these limits at any time and at our sole discretion. Changes to limits may be communicated through the platform interface, email, or updated Terms. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated limits.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or restrict your access to paid features while the dispute is pending. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, you agree to reimburse any fees, costs, or expenses we incur in connection with the dispute to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Appointment and booking features are tools to help users coordinate scheduling and communicate. EazyInWay does not guarantee that a business will accept a booking, perform services, or that an appointment will be honored. Cancellations, no-shows, fees, and service outcomes are handled between the customer and the business.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EazyInWay will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and EazyInWay agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
