If we prepare a business profile for a company using public business information, we may contact the business owner or authorized representative to offer a direct review link so they can check whether the profile details are accurate. These communications may happen by email, phone call, or SMS depending on the contact method the recipient requests.

When phone outreach is used, calls may be handled by an automated assistant or voice service provider acting on our behalf. We may store call metadata such as phone numbers, timestamps, call summaries, preferred contact method, confirmed callback number, transcripts, and recording references where available and legally permitted.

SMS messages are sent only when the recipient explicitly requests or agrees to receive a text message with a business profile review link or related account-access message. Message frequency varies and is typically low and event-based. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

We do not sell your mobile phone number and we do not share your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

If you purchase optional paid features (such as subscriptions or promotions), payments are processed by Stripe. EazyInWay does not process payments between buyers and sellers (or customers and service providers). We receive limited information needed to operate your purchase (for example, the payment status and identifiers). Stripe may collect and process additional information under their own policies.
