Ramon holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences and is a 2025 graduate of NRVTA’s Advanced RV Service Technician and Advanced Generator Technician programs. He also holds RVTAA Certified RV Service Technician and Certified Generator Technician credentials, demonstrating his expertise in the field.
Before entering the RV industry full time, Ramon served nearly 25 years as a fire chief, building a career centered on leadership, problem-solving, safety and mentoring others. His background in emergency services and technical operations provides students with valuable real-world experience.
