KTM has revealed two limited-edition 450 Rally Replica models, including a special Luciano Benavides Factory Edition, both of which come with huge price tags. The standard model will be available in just over 100 units, while the Benavides Factory Edition is priced at £42,544.
The bike features KTM's 450cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, mated to a six-speed gearbox and premium-spec Brembo hydraulic clutch with rally-specific gearing. The fuel tank has a vast capacity of 34.5 litres, making it ideal for long-distance racing.
One of the standout features of the bike is its titanium Akrapovič exhaust system, which helps shed weight while maintaining performance. WP suspension handles both ends of the bike, providing optimal handling and stability.
The new model also boasts dual radiators, an aluminium alloy tapered handlebar with rally-tested rubber grips, and footpegs that use a wider surface area for better grip.
KTM has switched back to its traditional orange colour scheme for the standard model, while the Benavides Factory Edition features the full Red Bull KTM livery. The 'LE' (limited-edition) numbered emblem sits on the frame, adding an extra touch of exclusivity.
The 450 Rally Replica will be available from July, with both models already available to order. New Benavides Factory Edition owners who attend the 2026 KTM Adventure Rally will receive their new machine from Luciano Benavides himself, along with a signed race jersey and on-the-ground support from the racing team.
